We are an intermediary platform connecting users with medical, hospitality, and travel service providers. We do not provide medical services directly.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data.
• Sharing your account with others is prohibited.
• We may suspend violating accounts.

4. Payments & Wallet

All payments go through registered payment methods. Wallet balance is not refundable in cash except under the stated refund policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation policies follow the service provider. Cancellation fees may apply as shown at booking time.

6. Liability

The platform is not liable for indirect damages from using the service, nor for the quality of third-party services.
